You don't need measurements...you know what you're doing...and you do it fast. I watch other channels to see exactly how to cook the food...with the right amount of ingredients. Looks so delicious! 😋 I don’t measure my seasonings either. My Mom and Grandmother never used recipes, I learn to cook watching them. A good cook never have to measure. I just adjust the ingredients to suit the tastebuds of my family. Just a little take on the bake and shark origins. It was a go to food at carnival time around the Queens Park Savannah especially for the tourists. Maracas Bay offerings gave a modern twist to this delicious carnival comfort food by adding lots of condiments and offering it year round. 🥰
