It has been unseasonably cold this month, and my sinuses are suffering for it. I keep getting all this red gory sanguine fluid coming out of it.  I'm stuffy, congested, and I keep getting red discharge from my nose. I blow my nose and show you the mucus and boogers stuck to it. I pinch my nose and rub it because it is so itchy and my sinuses ache. 


I probe my nostrils to dislodge a large bothersome booger. I blow my nose hard, making high pitched honking sounds. I show you the red stuff all over the tissues, because my nose is so irritated. Towards the end I tickle my nose to induce sneezes several times to try and get everything out. There's lots of nose picking too. I sneeze so hard my face flushes because it's so painful! I even sneeze and get a bunch of snot in my hair! Having sinus problems is so annoying.
