Make you bend your head back and show your neck and veins. Using strength to inflate them to their max. Have her start just running her fingers up and down your neck veins slightly pushing them in. Then have her lay you down and hang your head over the side. You show fear as you inflate your neck veins. You get even more fear when she starts to feel for your carotid neck pulse. Do this close up from the side with good light overhead to highlight every vein. Maybe do some exercise off camera to have your heart really pumping to amplify your fear with a pounding heartbeat. Do some heavy breathing in between inflating your veins. Have her put her finger close up on your carotid pulse so I can see her finger move up and down with every hard pump of from your heart. Then have her bite you. Then just close up on your carotid artery pulsing up and down with red marks on it from her bite with still inflated neck veins
