Miss Scarlet was informed that Stuart had been telling the pupils that the Lochgelly tawse does not hurt when Miss Scarlet belts naughty pupils hands. Miss Scarlet decides that Stuart should find this out for himself and selects three of her most severe Lochgelly tawses for a meeting with him.
