Strict Hygiene Education - Part 3

Doctor Claudia is waiting for you, while she browses some notes in your medical record and also notes something. He looks up and sees you at the door, with a nod he invites you to come in. After a few perfunctory questions to understand how you were after the second stringent visit, he invites you to get ready in the room, for* you to get down on the floor. He wants to examine you in a particular way, which is holding your head between his legs so you can't go anywhere, when he checks your dirty teeth. He will scold you several times, holding your head further and further back and opening your mouth further and further. Once this is done he makes you get back on your feet, but only to order you to strip completely naked. In the meantime he changes his gloves and informs you that the time for regular visits is over. Today is also time for a strict visit for hygiene education. The doctor is ready.
He holds some cling film in his beautiful gloved hands and will use it to immobilize you completely. He will for* you to sit in the dental chair even though you don't want to and he will make a specific recommendation! "IF YOUR PENIS IS NOT EXCITED ENOUGH, I WILL CONTINUE TO GIVE YOU ANESTHESIA." You panic because you can't get excited in that embarrassing situation... and so the doctor starts with the first, the second, kindly cleans you a little but immediately afterwards you find her already with the dental drill in her hand and a large dental bit mounted above it. It starts with the puncture but obviously at the bottom, not at the top, the anesthesia must have been carried out. You have to learn to behave in the doctor's office during her special visits, so noticing that you are not excited the doctor proceeds with other anaesthesia. (Let me know how many you counted at the end.) 
In the end the patient was almost sure that he had achieved an erection sufficient to satisfy the doctor's requests, but we are not there and so he will have one last, very painful one. In the end you manage to get what she wants and she decides to pay you back, calling out the cavities that remain to be treated explode on her white hands. Finally, he reminds you of upcoming appointments and tells you that next time you will have to come earlier. You'll have to remind him! Who knows what awaits you on your next visit...
