Kim's dangling is frenetic while Tilly's is more relaxed and subtle. Tilly dangles her flat off her foot and dangles her foot  and wiggles her toes while continuing her foot play with her other flat. Kim looks down at her foot and then dangles her flat off her foot as well. Tilly compliments Kim's pretty feet and Kim tells her how pretty her feet are too.
