Personally speaking, Ziva is one of Joey's favorite employees. As a boss, though, he as to draw a line. She's been slacking off at work and even got a poor performance review just days ago. He stops by her desk to have a quick talk about it and even as he walks up to her she's on her phone instead of getting work done.

Joey definitely doesn't wanna see her get fired because he does enjoy her as an employee. He lectures her about her performance because at the end of the day, HIS boss is the one that will make a decision on whether or not she stays on the team. He tries to talk some sense into her and she pleads with him to talk to the big boss man to keep her employed.

Joey COULD talk to the higher ups and vouch for her personally, but that would put his own name on the line. He considers it when he notices her sandals on the floor. She's at work with her shoes off? Wait. How big are her feet? She's such a tiny girl and her feet are so big for her size. He questions her about it and has her prop her feet up so he can see closer.

As he stares in amazement at her relatively large feet, she begins to seduce him.

"Joey, are you SURE there's nothing I can do to make you put in a good word for me?"
