Irene is in a panic, because she knows there will be a scandal because of Irene's unhealthy addiction to balloons. And her stepmother hates balloons.

Irene tries to hide some balloons under the bed, but the balloons are too big and they loudly popping, not fitting into the narrow gap. Then Irene starts to pops other balloons in every way possible.
