I walk into the room and welcome everyone to another Kaidence King self defence lesson. Today, we're going to be learning the proper technique for kneeing a guy in the nuts. Done properly, this move will destroy a man and bring him to his knees. I show you how to hold on to his shoulders for support and drive your knee, hard, right into his groin. Then I show how to kick a man in the balls as well, doing swift upwards kicks at the camera. I talk about destroying men throughout, and ruining their balls.
