I've been sick TOO long! I'm fed up of being in pain and ready to get all this mucus out of me. I start with a steam inhalation under a thick towel with peppermint, the mint tingles and helps expel the thick spit from my throat and lungs. I hack, cough, gag and even spit up into a pitcher. When my lungs feel empty- my nose doesn't. I have to induce huge sneezes to get all the snot out- and boy, does it come out! By the end of this clip I am a messy, runny make up, and chest from coughing so hard, and so much snot!
