In the last movie of this set, a desperate-to-pee Lily talks about what desperation means for her, and how she copes with it. Naturally, she is talking about pee desperation while sitting there needing to go - it wouldn't be the same otherwise, now would it? When asked how she feels about pee desperation now that she has done so many movies, Lily answers: "i still like it. I still love doing the desperation videos. I like to pee; I don't know why ... I do find myself holding it a lot." We learn what helps Lily to hold it and what doesn't, making it clear that different women favour different holding techniques. Towards the end, we witness Lily wetting her jeans and then follow her to the bathroom where she peels off the wet jeans and showers, all on camera.

As a by-the-way, Lily tends to suffer more than most during her drive back home because she takes in a lot of liquid during her time with us, but she is also a person who pees very frequently. This meas that she can't hold it for all that long on the road, and must make approximately three stops to pee before she reaches home. In extreme emergencies, this will involve covering herself with a blanket and peeing into a cup. She likes to joke that she suffers for her art!
