Rebecca Massive CA - Arrival at ER - CPR, Resus, Defib, Intubation, Extubation, ECG, 02, Stething
Following her long but successful resus in her Hotel Room Rebecca is transported to the ER after a massive CA. She arrives intubated, breathing trying to extricate the ET tube. So the team extubates her. They put an O2 mask on her face and place 12 lead ECG electrodes on her chest. She looks stable but her breathing is heavy and flat. As the med team works on her her ECG goes visibly weak and then visibly asystole. The nurse starts CPR immediately and charges the defibrillator but with no response following the first round. the head nurse continues CPR while the other nurse cuts through all her clothes, pants, bra and underwear. A CPR pad is placed under her body and dramatic chest compressions continue. When the nurse checks her pupils Rebecca's eyes are still half open through the the resus procedure. Following many cycles of CPR, bagging and defib, finally her pulse stabilizes. Her breathing is still flat but she is now ready at least for other therapy. The ultimate "CA in ER" clip with a naturally large-breasted nude patient. Highlights include breathless scenes, symptoms, open staring eyes under resus, strong chest compressions, realistic defibrillations, many ECG monitor screens.
