You will be wearing a black blazer, red shirt, shiny black leggings and knee-boots.You come into the room and lie down on your side, your front facing the camera, which is stationary. Your proceed to do raise and lower your top leg ten times, then go to the other side so you can raise and lower the other leg ten times, again while you are facing the camera. Then you sit so that your front is facing the camera. You lie down on your back and raise your legs straight up into the air. You spread your legs wide, bring them together crossing left-leg over right leg, right leg over left leg, and then open your legs wide. You repeat this several times. Then you lie down on your back with your right side facing the camera, and shoulder-stand bicycle for one minute. Then you come down, sit and face the camera. You the fall backwards, raising your legs into the air in the process. All the camera sees at this point is the back of your legs, up in the air and motionless. They stay that way as we fade outdoing the same routine, but in a blazer, shirt, suntan pantyhose and heels
