Lance thinks he's getting "one on one" time with a personal trainer, using weights and stuff to pump up his gains, and most importantly, to show off. His goal to get a personal female trainer is as usual-- to eventually get her to go out with him by impressing her with his muscles and his strength. Then he can have his way with her. But when he arrives he finds a very zealous "trainer". No weights, no gym, no date?!?! This trainer is one who seems to be oblivious to his "gains" nor doesn't seem to show that she is impressed, and actually, one who teaches him a lesson... a lesson he didn't expect! Good thing his peppy trainer knows how to put a man in his place!
