Dear Jasmine,
So basically the main focus is going to be the choking on water and the inside of your throat during the gagging. We want to see real choking k (only cough if the water makes you do so when you breathe some in). You can also zoom out sometimes and show your face and neck for that part. As for the finger gagging, zoom in and show the inside of your throat as it contracts. Show as far down your throat as possible. Use a light source (flashlight, spotlight) if necessary. In between the gargling/swallowing/choking/gagging, if you could show us the lines on the inside surfaces of both your wrists that would make it fantastic.
