Serene Isley is a smart businesswoman and runs a professional show, As the Newly Elected HOA President of her Country Club she prides herself on doing a good job looking out for the quality of life for the residents and protecting their property values all at the same time.

There is one resident however whom is posing a problem for the entire community by blaring his music loud at night, holding late night parties and being a nuisance to the community, as a result Serene had no choice but to fine him repeatedly in order to bring order back to the community.

Our Scene kicks off with the Offending Goon arriving at Serene's house to inquire about the recent fines and notices he has been receiving. Serene calmly explains to him what he has been doing and why he must pay the fines and change his ways for the better of all in the community.

The Obnoxious Offender differs with Serene on the issues at hand and the conflict escalates until Serene tells him due to the "SHEER" number of complaints she has NO choice but to fine him and make him pay.
