The Fetish Lords have acquired a Dominatori Collectiva tech prototype called “Blendium” that is both mythical and illegal. It is said to harness the human brain as a transputing sub-quantum computer and is theorized to throttle in the mega-Tera FLOP range, but has a nasty side effect, ending in irreversible, psychotic and madness.

The Dominatori Collectiva has dispatched the much feared Mord Deviant to the location at which their intel assures the tech is now held. Though she is Domina, Mord Deviant's tickle-lust is legendary, with many of her tickle victims now residing in sanatoriums around the world. As Agent Allegra stands watch at the Fet Lord Comms-1 facility, the Mord is authorized to act without limit to retrieve the Blendium. All hope rests with her.

Upon her capture of the luscious Agent Allegra, she inflicts a most horrid and thorough tickle interrogation on the young, blond, FetLord agent. Though tickled to hysterics and madness, Agent Allegra manages to thwart the Mord's efforts and feeds her false info on the location of the sequestered DC tech.
