A simple chair (with a simple office background, if possible) seen sideways, pointing left. You come in from the right and take a seat on the chair. You pull your skirt slightly up and cross your pantyhose legs, i see your legs sideways. I see you like someone who's sitting on a chair, too. You cross/uncross/cross your legs again and again. Important is, that you keep your legs together and rub them against each other. I want to hear the pantyhose rubbing sound! Take off/put on your heels with your hands. When a shoe is off, point your foot, worship your calf and foot with your hands, adjust the pantyhose at the toes and pull the pantyhose fabric at your legs with two fingers so that i hear the Pop! when you let go. Glide your hands over your perfect calves, rub your legs, cross/uncross/cross them. The first 5 minutes of the clip i see the sideways view, legs to the left. The next 5 minutes i see the over-the-shoulder-view, legs to the left. Then you get up, turn the chair by 180 degrees so that it points to the right. You sit down, do as described before, legs sideways to the right. This lasts 5 minutes. The last 5 minutes show the over-the-shoulder-view, legs to the right. Vary the movements every time, do them confidently (not too slow) with audible sound. Show your perfect pantyhose calves and feet and let me hear the pantyhose!
