Renting an appartment can be a costly experience these days. But finding one to rent is not easy either, as these lovely young ladies are about to find out. At the Real Estate office Jim is trying to help prospective renters locate an apartment. But both girls are unable to come up with a deposit. Jim likes the girls so he comes up with a solution to that problem. Each girl will have to compete for it. Jim loves to tickle young ladies, espcially when they are naked and willing and begging for somewhere to live. Jim takes them to an apartment and the girls fall in love with their 'new home to be'. But before he finalizes anything they first have to convince him that one of them will please him. Sending one girl out to wait in the car, Jim begins to bind the contract. He ties the first girl to the bed and as he tickles her from her feet to her nipples, he begins to get turned on, so he then begins to remove her clothing and ends up tickling her naked body. Now it's the other girls' turn. He brings her in to see how well she can perform for him.
