Description

This is an emergency care video in which I am in the role of a stressed office worker portraying a realistic scene of a heart attack, a serious massive heart attack from onset of symptoms to full stop. The scene is an office, perhaps at a desk working on a project. Busy day, lots of calls, emails, etc. I'm drinking coffee while he gets non-stop calls and emails about the project. All the stresses that are piling up at once. Symptoms start slowly, maybe the first 2-3 minutes is the build up of stress and the onset of symptoms. There is sweating and shortness of breath, neck and back p*** spreading to the jaw and down the left arm, and finally severe tightness and discomfort in the chest. It's getting harder to breathe, but there's time to get this project done. It must be turned in by the end of the day. The main part of the scene is the progression of the heart attack as the symptoms get worse and the stress gets worse. This is where a heartbeat sound will help, if you can put in some heartbeat sound. It may be slow and normal at first when you start to feel the symptoms, but it gets louder, faster and more erratic as the stress continues and the attack gets worse. It gets harder and harder to breathe as you try to lean back in your chair, or pull away, or just try to let it p***. But it just keeps getting worse. Finally a rescuer comes in and does CPR and resuscitation.
