The spoiler right away: in this clip, Little Agnes will swallow a huge ballgag, but let's go step by step.

Little Agnes is topless and secured on a bench, her ankles and feet are fixed in the toe press, big toes tied together.
I approach her and insert a large white ballgag into her mouth. Her mouth takes it, and then I move to her feet and start tickling her little soles.
Somehow, due to the tightness of the restraints or perhaps because of the gag, her reaction to the tickling on her feet lessens. I decided not to focus on tickling and instead explore more about her accommodating mouth.

The second device step was a mouth expander (Jenning's mouth gag). Like before, I inserted it, widened her mouth, and began tickling her feet. I had to make do with a not-so-strong reaction. I used my fingers, a comb, and an electric toothbrush for the tickling devices. Her lovely soles were also treated with oil.

The third and the biggest gag was a red harness ballgag, which, I think, without prior training of her mouth with the previous mouth expander, simply wouldn't fit.
I fastened all the straps around her head and was amazed to see Little Agnes swallow this giant ballgag with no problem. After that, I returned to tickling her bare feet for the last time.

In the end, I take out the last gag from her mouth and let her rest after the job is done.
