A lot of punches are thrown out, but Tomiko manages to send the Blue Flash to dreamland again with a good hit causing her to hit her own head and go out. The agency owner, Tomiko, is ecstatic that she has captured the infamous Blue Flash and calls the Villain, the collector who likes to collect exotic and famous women. Tomiko wastes no time asking for 2 million dollars. The haggle over the price, so to make the decision easier, Tomiko takes pics of the Blue Flash and sends them to him.
