Blue Dive Mask Breath Holding
I do love scuba gear. I like to wear it and try to do things while wearing it. I like the feeling of it on my face! So why not hold my breath in it? Well here we go. I get as much air into my lungs and then hold my breath for as long as I can until I have contractions. I look right at you through the mask as I do this. I'm impressed with my times and it was a great experience and getting to wear the mask! It was a great day for me and I hope this video makes it a great day for you! Enjoy!
