This is a HD exercise/ workout clip. Come join me, in this long, but reasonably priced workout clip. I wanna "work out" together. Who says lingerie and weights don't mix?? Hehe...Routine;- 1 Compound Upper Body Push Exercise (Bench press w/ dumb bells). Then I do an Upper Body Pull (bent over rows). Following this I do Lower Body (weighted squats), as well as weighted Lateral Raises. Finally, for isolation, I do 3 sets of 10-15 raisesof each. I do calves (weighted calf raises), and 4 different abdominal exercises (a minute each w/ 20 sec recovery), to wrap up. The high def camera changes angles 4 different times, ending up right above me, as I lift my rear, and do abs, on the floor. I wear a sheer Babydoll, a black thong, and leg warmers for this sweet work out. I sweat lightly, and moan. Enjoy!! Let's "work out" together. Squat shots are primarily from behind, as are calf raises :-) So grab something heavy, and lets go hehehe :-) XOXOXOXOX
